U18-Europamästerskapet i fotboll 1953 (officiellt 1953 FIFA Youth Tournament) var den sjätte turneringen av det som blev U18-Europamästerskapet (sedan 2002 U19-EM), turneringen spelades i Belgien mellan 31 mars och 6 april 1953. Turneringen vanns av Ungern som i finalen besegrade Jugoslavien med 2–0.
