Blodjordkrypare (Pachymerium ferrugineum)[2][15] är en mångfotingart som först beskrevs av Carl Ludwig Koch 1835. Blodjordkrypare ingår i släktet Pachymerium och familjen storjordkrypare.[16][17][18] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[18] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[16]
