Callidiellum rufipennis[18] är en skalbaggsart som först beskrevs av Victor Ivanovitsch Motschulsky 1860. I den svenska databasen Dyntaxa[15] används istället namnet Callidiellum rufipenne. Callidiellum rufipennis ingår i släktet Callidiellum och familjen långhorningar.[18][19][15]
Artens utbredningsområde är Iran.[18] Arten har ej påträffats i Sverige.[15] Inga underarter finns listade.[18]
