Hymeniacidon perlevis[1][6][9][15][16][17][18] är en svampdjursart som först beskrevs av George Montagu 1814.[19] Hymeniacidon perlevis ingår i släktet Hymeniacidon och familjen Halichondriidae.[20][21] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[20]
