Odetta Holmes, känd som Odetta, född 31 december 1930 i Birmingham, Alabama, död 2 december 2008 i New York, var en amerikansk sångare, skådespelare, gitarrist, låtskrivare och aktivist för mänskliga rättigheter. Hennes musikaliska repertoar sträckte sig från amerikansk folkmusik till blues, jazz och andlig musik.
