Aprostocetus rhipheus[1][7] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Walker 1839. Aprostocetus rhipheus ingår i släktet Aprostocetus och familjen finglanssteklar.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
