Brachycaudus prunicola[4][5][9][2][6][10][11][3][7][12][8] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Johann Heinrich Kaltenbach 1843. Brachycaudus prunicola ingår i släktet Brachycaudus och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[13][14][15] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[15] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[13]
