Capitophorus carduinus[4][3][5][6][7][8][9][10][2] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Walker 1850. Capitophorus carduinus ingår i släktet Capitophorus och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[11][12][13] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[13] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[11]
