Cerococcus russellae[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] är en insektsart som beskrevs av Kosztarab och Lorenz Chrysanth von Vest 1966. Cerococcus russellae ingår i släktet Cerococcus och familjen Cerococcidae.[8][9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
