Chorebus posticus[4] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Alexander Henry Haliday 1839. Chorebus posticus ingår i släktet Chorebus och familjen bracksteklar.[5][6][7] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[5]
