Cryptaphis poae[5][6][7] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Hardy 1850. Cryptaphis poae ingår i släktet Cryptaphis och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
