Dinophilus gyrociliatus[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Oswald Schmidt 1857. Enligt Catalogue of Life[9][10] ingår Dinophilus gyrociliatus i släktet Dinophilus och familjen Dinophilidae, men enligt Dyntaxa[11] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Dinophilus och familjen Dorvilleidae. Arten har ej påträffats i Sverige.[11] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[9]
