Dire Straits är den brittiska rockgruppen Dire Straits debutalbum, utgivet 9 juni 1978. Albumet blev en succé både i Storbritannien och USA och nådde en andraplats på Billboards albumlista. Singeln "Sultans of Swing" blev bandets första hit.
