Einhornia crustulenta[7] är en mossdjursart som först beskrevs av Peter Simon Pallas 1766. I den svenska databasen Dyntaxa[1] används istället namnet Electra crustulenta. Enligt Catalogue of Life[7][8] ingår Einhornia crustulenta i släktet Einhornia och familjen Electridae,[7][8] men enligt Dyntaxa[1] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Electra och familjen Electridae.[1] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
