Eulophus pennicornis[7][11] är en stekelart som beskrevs av Christian Gottfried Daniel Nees von Esenbeck 1834. Eulophus pennicornis ingår i släktet Eulophus och familjen finglanssteklar.[12][13][14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[12]
