Idiopterus nephrelepidis[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18] är en insektsart som beskrevs av Davis 1909. Idiopterus nephrelepidis ingår i släktet Idiopterus och familjen långrörsbladlöss.[19][20][21] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[21] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[19]
