Melittobia acasta[3][7] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Walker 1839. Melittobia acasta ingår i släktet Melittobia och familjen finglanssteklar.[11][12][13][14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[12]
