Occasjapyx kofoidi[1] är en urinsektsart som först beskrevs av Filippo Silvestri 1928. Occasjapyx kofoidi ingår i släktet Occasjapyx och familjen Japygidae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
