Oomyzus scaposus[6] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Thomson 1878. Oomyzus scaposus ingår i släktet Oomyzus och familjen finglanssteklar.[12][13][14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[12]
