Petrobius maritimus[1][2] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Leach 1909. Petrobius maritimus ingår i släktet Petrobius och familjen klippborstsvansar.[3][4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[5] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[3]
