Plethodon punctatus[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] är en groddjursart som beskrevs av Richard Highton 1972. Plethodon punctatus ingår i släktet Plethodon och familjen lunglösa salamandrar.[10][11] IUCN kategoriserar arten globalt som nära hotad.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[10]
