Rhopus acaetes[8] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av Walker 1844. Rhopus acaetes ingår i släktet Rhopus och familjen sköldlussteklar.[9][10][11] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[11] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[9]
