Schizopyga frigida[5] är en stekelart som beskrevs av Cresson 1870. Schizopyga frigida ingår i släktet Schizopyga och familjen brokparasitsteklar.[6][7][8] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[8] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
