Tetramesa albomaculatum[6] är en stekelart som först beskrevs av William Harris Ashmead 1894. Tetramesa albomaculatum ingår i släktet Tetramesa och familjen kragglanssteklar.[7][8][9] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
