Fred Singer

S. Fred Singer född 27 september, 1924 i Österrike, är en amerikansk klimatforskare, och klimatskeptiker, professor i miljövetenskap vid universitetet i Virginia.
Fred Singer är grundare av US Weather Satellite Service (nu NESDIS-NOAA), ansvarig för NIPCC (Non-governmental International Panel on Climate Change), och skrev 2008 rapporten "Nature - Not Human Activity - Rules the Climate" [1], och skrev 2009 "Climate Change Reconsidered," som utmanar IPCC [2].
