Cerataphis orchidearum[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av John Obadiah Westwood 1879. Enligt Catalogue of Life[8][9] ingår Cerataphis orchidearum i släktet Cerataphis och familjen långrörsbladlöss, men enligt Dyntaxa[10] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Cerataphis och familjen gömbenbladlöss. Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
