Melaphis rhois[4][3][5][6][11][12][13][7][14][15][16][8][1][9] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Fitch 1866. Enligt Catalogue of Life[17][18] ingår Melaphis rhois i släktet Melaphis och familjen långrörsbladlöss, men enligt Dyntaxa[19] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Melaphis och familjen pungbladlöss. Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[19] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[17]
