Premier League 2015/2016 är den 24:e säsongen av Premier League, Englands högsta division i fotboll för herrar. Säsongens omgångar presenterades den 17 juni 2015.[1] Säsongen kommer inledas den 8 augusti 2015 och avslutas den 15 maj 2016.[2]
Chelsea kom in i säsongen som regerande mästare. Bournemouth, Watford och Norwich City är nykomlingar för säsongen.

Totalt deltar 20 lag i ligan, av vilka kommer 17 från säsongen 2014/2015 och tre uppflyttade från Football League Championship. Den 25 april 2015 blev Watford det första laget att säkra avancemang från Football League Championship 2014/2015 efter en 2–0-vinst över Brighton & Hove Albion.[3] På den sista matchdagen för säsongen, säkrade Bournemouth Championship-titeln efter en 3–0-vinst över Charlton Athletic. Klubben blev då för första gången uppflyttade i den högsta divisionen.[4] Norwich City blev det sista laget att säkra avancemang efter att ha vunnit Championships play-off final mot Middlesbrough med 2–0. Norwich City gick därmed upp direkt till Premier League igen efter att blivit nedflyttade säsongen 2013/2014.
De tre lagen ersätter Burnley, Queens Park Rangers och Hull City, som alla blev nedflyttade till Championship i slutet av föregående säsong.
